Founder of Sweet Home Management

With more than a decade of real estate and property management experience, Owen founded Sweet Home Management with a clear goal: to create a service-first firm where both owners and residents feel supported, respected, and informed. As a licensed real estate broker and active member of multiple Boards of Realtors, Owen brings a higher standard of accountability and insight to every property under management. His hands-on approach, strong ethical foundation, and extensive industry knowledge have earned the trust of clients across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.

How Our Fees Work

At Sweet Home Management, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and fair. That’s why our fee structure is designed to be straightforward— no hidden costs, no surprise charges, and no unnecessary upcharges.

We charge a flat 8% management fee, which covers the full scope of day-to-day property management services. This includes rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant relations, financial reporting, and more. There are no move-in or move-out fees, no eviction coordination fees (aside from what the court may charge), and no added service fees on handyman work.

For new tenants, we collect half of the first month’s rent as a one-time leasing fee. This is only charged once per property, even if a tenant renews multiple times— there are no repeat leasing fees for existing placements. Your listing will also appear on all major rental platforms, and we only pass along third-party listing costs (such as Zillow's fees)—never markups.

This model ensures that you’re only paying for real service and measurable results. With Sweet Home, your management costs are clear, consistent, and aligned with your bottom line.
